1. No add water in Samoeng strawberry wine. Producer getting juice from fresh strawberries and aging for up to 12 months. This is a local wisdom from Samoeng community.

2. Samoeng was selected to be three-star product according to the best selection project, one tambon, one product for year 2010.

3. Samoeng got a wines industry standard. (MOK 2089-2546) of fruit liquor.
